Have Shelley in your home as your postpartum doula

Care for the new mother and newborn. 2 hour minimum. 

Includes:

• Greetings and check-in assessments - How are you adjusting after birth? What are your main concerns?  Discussions of sleep, newborn care, postpartum care. Mental Health/Postpartum Depression assessment. 
• Rest for mom and dad as Shelley cares for your newborn, completes household basics and resets the home so you can enjoy your new baby.
• Departure check list - Any questions, concerns are discussed, as well as what was achieved during the visit
